The Turin DF83 Gen 2 builds on everything that made the Gen 1 a fan favorite, keeping the minimalist single-dose design and exceptional grind quality, while adding meaningful internal improvements. At its core are 83mm Turin Red Titanium flat burrs — engineered for rich espresso body with a cleaner, more balanced cup profile. Four guide posts and four springs maintain precise burr alignment, so every grind is as consistent as the last.

Versatility is built in. The DF83 Gen 2 handles espresso with the precision you expect from a dedicated burr grinder, but dials in just as easily for drip, French press, and other brew methods. A plasma ion generator reduces static in the chute, near-zero retention keeps grinds fresh, and the anti-popcorn collar lets you load beans on the fly without the mess.
