The Turin Gallatin DB is a semi-automatic dual boiler espresso machine built for home baristas who want professional-level control without compromise. A mirror-finished 8K stainless steel body with black walnut handles makes it as striking as it is capable, while an Italian Fluid-O-Tech rotary pump, E61 thermosiphon group head, and dual independent PID controllers ensure every shot is extracted at exactly the right temperature and pressure.

Two independent 1-liter stainless steel boilers let you brew and steam at the same time with no waiting. A flow control paddle at the group head gives you real-time command over extraction alongside the group head pressure gauge, while adjustable pre-infusion and a semi-automatic brew lever round out a feature set that rivals machines at twice the price. Toggle between the 1.7L water tank and direct plumb via a manual valve.
